Creative Activities
This performance group develops original scripts created from ethnographies, oral histories and various literary genres. Past topics include eating disorders, children's literature, farm families and romance novel readers. Students from throughout campus participate in production.
UNI Forensics, one of the oldest student organizations on campus, offers students the opportunity to compete extensively in Individual Events and Debate. Participation in debate consists of two teams discussing the pros and cons of a selected topic. Individual events activities provide students with a variety of speaking experiences, including interpretation, public address, impromptu and extemporaneous speaking.
