Overview:

The UNI Institute of Humanities and Fine Arts in St. Petersburg, Russia is proud to offer summer classes from May 10 to June 19, 2008 for students interested in traveling abroad and earning UNI credit.

Spending one month in Russia during the summer is a tremendous opportunity. While earning UNI course credits you will learn about traditions and cultures of another country. During your stay in St. Petersburg there will be classes, activities in the city and excursions.


Requirements:

All participants will be required to register for the following Spring 2008 course:

  • Preparation for Study Abroad (700:099) - 1 hour

While studying in Russia, there are two required courses which satisfy some of the Liberal Arts Core requirements, plus one optional course that relates to your major. More information is available under courses.


Costs:

Tuition Cost: Participants must register and pay for 5 hours of UNI credit (Summer 2008).

Program Cost: To be announced (depending on number of applicants). Program cost will include airfare, housing, breakfast and lunch, and all excursions. Not included in program cost: medical insurance, books, funds for evening meals, entertainment and personal expenses.

Scholarships: Scholarships are available for study abroad.
